These terms and conditions govern your use of the ClearSkin Laser Studio website and services. By accessing this website or booking a treatment, you agree to these terms.
ClearSkin Laser Studio provides laser tattoo removal treatments at our studio located at 5/3 Michigan Dr, Oxenford QLD 4210. All treatments are performed by trained and certified laser technicians.
All clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatment at ClearSkin Laser Studio. Proof of age may be requested prior to any procedure. We do not provide laser tattoo removal services to minors under any circumstances.
Appointments are booked through our online booking system. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of the session. Refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
All clients must complete a consultation prior to their first treatment. You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical information. ClearSkin reserves the right to decline or modify treatment where safety concerns arise.
ClearSkin Laser Studio provides treatments with professional care using advanced laser technology. Results vary between individuals due to factors including tattoo age, ink type, skin type, and colour depth. ClearSkin is not liable for outcomes that differ from expectations discussed during consultation.
